Okay so I’ve read about the MacBook Air being used to slice cake, tomatoes, and the like. But in all my iPad explorations I’ve not come across this before. Feast your eyes on my son’s forehead. Turns out the iPad has some rather, ummm, sharp edges. This gash required five stitches last night. My son and daughter recently discovered that they could join one another’s worlds in Minecraft, and that has led to all sorts of mayhem. As you can plainly see here.
Ouch! But yes, I’ve noticed that the iPad 2 and 3 have sharp edges — I find that they hurt my hands, which is one of the reasons I always keep my iPad in a case.
Very right Night Spring. I hate extra bulk but obviously some extra padding is in order!!
Similar injury to my lip just last night! Missed an awkward, ipad hand-off from my son. Butterflies did the trick thank goodness..
Wow! I guess it’s contagious! š
Sorry to hear – and glad to hear that butterflies did the trick. The scar is slowly fading. Hopefully the waterproof bandages and sunscreen are doing the trick.
